Parker Hospitality offers three medical plan options through Blue Cross Blue Shield. All three plans offer three tiers of coverage: out-of-network coverage, in-network coverage, and a designated Blue Choice Options tier. This BCO tier of select high-value doctors and facilities will provide the lowest costs of the three tiers when you receive care.

Health Savings Account (HSA)
The contributions you make in the account are pre-tax, and earnings and eligible contributions are tax-free. In 2026, you can contribute up to $4,400 if you are enrolled in employee only coverage or $8,750 if your spouse or child(ren) are covered on the Parker plan as well.
To be eligible to contribute to an HSA, you must meet the following criteria:​

Be covered under one of the HDHP medical options through BCBSIL

Have no other non-high-deductible health coverage (including Medicare)

Are not claimed as a dependent on someone else’s tax return
​

You or your spouse cannot participate in a health care FSA, even under another employer’s plan

If you enroll in any of the Parker medical plans through BCBSIL, you have access to a variety of resources. You can access these resources online at www.bcbsil.com or on the mobile app by downloading the Blue Access Mobile app and creating an account. Choose to receive text messages for medication refill reminders, diet and fitness tips, claim updates, and more!

Staffed by registered nurses, the 24/7 Nurseline can provide you with answers to your general health questions and guide you to the appropriate level of care when you need it. Maternity Care Program
If you are pregnant or have delivered a baby within the last 84 days under a Parker medical plan, you are eligible to join the Maternity Care Program and receive health education, and personal confidential help.

Well onTarget Wellness Program
